📋 Description

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 apps (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Manage tenant configuration, governance, and service health.
• Design and govern SharePoint Online environments, governance, and retention.
• Manage identities via Azure AD/Entra ID with Conditional Access and MFA.
• Implement Intune/Endpoint Manager for device lifecycle across Windows, iOS, Android.
• Collaborate with Security to implement Zero Trust and endpoint security controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years administering Microsoft 365; 3+ years with Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity controls.
• Windows device lifecycle management: Autopilot, compliance, configuration profiles.
• SharePoint Online administration, governance, and site management.
• PowerShell scripting and automation workflows.
• Endpoint security knowledge; Zero Trust and Defender/Purview familiarity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Preferred: Kandji/Jamf macOS MDM; Defender/Purview; MS 365 certs.
