Staff PCBA DFM and Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Define, develop, qualify, and scale-up PCB, PCBA, COB, and Packaging processes with CM for module
• Lead complex projects to meet build targets, improve yield, throughput, and quality.
• Perform DFM/DFA reviews for PCB layouts, propose design optimizations with design teams.
• Standardize DFM and PFMEA framework for PCB/PCBAs with vendor rules.
• Manufacture various PCB tech for miniaturized sensors and high-performance compute systems.
• Coordinate with fabrication and assembly houses, guide vendor processes, drive feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing engineering.
• 10+ years in PCB, PCBA, COB, and FATP manufacturing and packaging.
• World class expertise in PCB fabrication, SMT, PCBA testing, metrology, failure analysis.
• Proficiency with DFM tools (e.g., Valor, Allegro).
• Skills in statistical data visualization and SOPs/technical reports.
• Strong self-motivation and communication in fast-paced environments.
