Staff People Analytics Analyst - Recruiting

📋 Description

• Partner TA leadership to interpret talent data and prescribe actionable solutions
• Lead proactive research on sourcing channel quality, interviewer effectiveness, market mapping, and recruiter capacity
• Validate assumptions and turn ad-hoc requests into scalable, self-serve insights
• Own and evolve the core recruiting analytics stack, funnel health, time-to-fill, and diversity metrics
• Build predictive hiring velocity and capacity forecasting models

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL, Python or R, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
• Deep understanding of recruiting processes and ATS data structures (Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday)
• Excellent business acumen and consultative skills to translate data into talent solutions
• High agility to manage competing priorities across long-term projects and immediate needs
• Demonstrated curiosity and experience with AI tools to enhance workflows
