Staff People Integrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own design, delivery, and continuous improvement of People tech integrations.
• Manage health, maintenance, and support of Workday integrations.
• Design scalable Workday integrations with recruiting, identity, benefits, workforce systems.
• Lead full lifecycle integration projects from requirements to deployment.
• Build automation to reduce manual processes and boost efficiency.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, and incident response for reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday integrations.
• Deep expertise with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and APIs.
• Strong Workday configuration knowledge: calculated fields, security, and workflows.
• Experience creating complex Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Experience integrating Workday with recruiting, identity, learning, or performance systems.
• Strong API skills: REST, SOAP, data mapping, security, testing.
