Staff People Integrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own health, maintenance, and support of Reddit’s Workday integrations.
• Build and maintain Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect.
• Design scalable integrations between Workday and People systems.
• Lead end-to-end integration delivery: requirements through production support.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response for integrations.
• Partner with Product, IT, Security, Analytics to translate needs into scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing and building Workday integrations in enterprise environments.
• Deep Workday experience with Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, APIs.
• Strong Workday reporting, calculated fields, and security configuration.
• Experience with data pipelines, SQL, BigQuery, and Redshift for analytics.
• Proven debugging and troubleshooting across integrations and security issues.
• Ability to lead technical delivery end to end and communicate with stakeholders.
