• Review and clinically verify new and refill prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness, drug

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state where the candidate resides and with the
