📋 Description

• Lead major platform engineering initiatives, starting with Continuous Delivery (CD), from design
• Deliver early improvements to developer productivity by strengthening CI reliability, optimizing
• Drive architectural decisions across engineering teams, preparing technical proposals, leading
• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, developer environments, observability
• Build next-generation developer infrastructure through automation, self-service tooling, and
• Improve software delivery speed, deployment frequency, and operational reliability through

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in software engineering at Staff Engineer or equivalent level, with a track
• Strong technical leadership, influencing architectural decisions, improving engineering practices
• Expertise in designing, building, and operating production cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Solid experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform or
• Proven expertise in CI/CD, improving pipelines, testing infrastructure, and deployment processes
• Strong developer platform mindset with experience building self-service tools, scalable developer
