Staff Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and maintain scalable runtime production environments across cloud-native systems.
• Own the technical roadmap for the platform vertical, identifying gaps.
• Provide mentorship to engineers across the team.
• Identify technical overlap across projects to improve delivery.
• Work with Mission Managers on competency, capacity, velocity, and alignment.
• Collaborate with product teams on production-based product direction.

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship and eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Deep knowledge in 1-2 technologies such as pipelines, GitOps, Kubernetes, or Go.
• Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes and container-based systems.
• Expert with YAML.
• Security automation proficiency with API, Container, and Cloud Security.
• Experience with CD, distributed architectures, everything-as-code and cloud services.
