  • Own and scale cloud infrastructure supporting the platform (compute, networking, data-layer
  • Lead BYOC capabilities: provisioning, upgrades, observability, scalable customer-cloud deployments.

  • Define SLOs and incident management processes to improve reliability as a product capability.

  • 10+ years in platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or related roles with a track
  • Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience in production and judgment on when to use it vs alternatives.
  • Experience operating software in BYOC, single-tenant, on-premises, or air-gapped environments.
  • Strong AWS expertise; familiarity with GCP and Azure is a plus.
  • Advanced Terraform experience with reusable modules, secure state, multi-account architectures.
  • Database expertise with PostgreSQL (performance, migrations under load, replication, reliability).
