Staff Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and scale cloud infrastructure for the platform.
• Lead BYOC provisioning, upgrades, observability, deployments.
• Operationalize IaC and GitOps for fast, reliable ships.
• Define SLOs and incident management processes.
• Own data infra: PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse.
• Drive security/compliance: SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, pen tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in platform engineering, infra, DevOps, or SRE.
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with BYOC/single-tenant/on-prem/air-gapped.
• AWS expert; GCP/Azure a plus.
• Advanced Terraform with modules, secure state, multi-account.
• PostgreSQL expertise, performance and migrations under load.
