Staff Platform Engineer (IC-4)

📋 Description

• Own incident handling; detect, respond, resolve production issues.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting with Datadog, AWS, Vercel.
• Ensure systems are observable; understand failure modes.
• Help teams learn from incidents through postmortems.
• Balance reliability with delivery speed via pragmatic SRE practices.
• Collaborate with product engineers to improve platform health.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in platform, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Strong experience operating production systems on AWS (certifications preferred), Vercel, and/or GCP.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security fundamentals, and IAM.
• Experience with observability tooling (Datadog preferred) and production troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1+).
