Staff Platform Manager, Airfam Products

📋 Description

• Define and maintain the product vision for One Airbnb, Chrome Tab, and Awedience
• Lead prioritization across inbound requests; decide what to build or decline
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to ship features
• Build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders including EX, Ground Control, Content, Collaboration, and BizTech
• Evaluate new product opportunities and propose build/buy/partner options
• Integrate AI into the product roadmap and define success metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management; 2+ years owning platform/multi-surface portfolios
• Proven ability to set direction independently and deliver results
• Strong prioritization instincts; hard calls; scope control
• Excellent communication; build consensus with senior stakeholders
• Partner with engineering on tech strategy and AI/platform investments
• Deep cross-functional collaboration; align needs and drive clarity
