Staff Platform Manager, Loyalty Platform Lead (Product Management)

📋 Description

• Own loyalty & incentives platform domain strategy, roadmap, and operating model for global
• Lead platform strategy for gift card capabilities within Loyalty & Incentives domain
• Monitor B2B2C platform performance for loyalty campaigns with cross-functional partners
• Drive integration strategy for partners, defining reusable patterns and scalable models
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Compliance, Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Min 9-17 years of product management in loyalty or incentive platforms
• Experience building enterprise-level or B2B2C platforms for consumer businesses
• Deep in earn/redemption workflows, compliance, and fraud/losses
• Experience defining partner integration strategies and operating models
• Global/multi-market experience across currencies and regulatory environments
• Ability to articulate a clear vision and rally cross-functional teams
