Staff Platform Manager, Payments Risk

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the dispute lifecycle roadmap (ingestion, decisioning, pre-arbitration).
• Partner with Eng, DS, Analytics and Ops to sharpen dispute models and roadmap bets.
• Drive proactive dispute prevention, including on-trip signal detection and early guest outreach.
• Build scalable disputes infra for new payment methods and product verticals.
• Collaborate with Enforcements and Transaction Risk to deter misuse while balancing guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building payments risk or related products in PM roles
• Experience with Payments Risk including Dispute lifecycle management
• Subject-matter expert in payments risk with proven dispute resolution products
• Experience launching ML-based detection, fraud prevention and dispute resolution
• Experience leading complex projects using ML, operations, and external signals
• Technical chops with background as engineer, data scientist, analyst, or operations
• Experience integrating Gen AI to deliver business value
• Thrives in startup environment: fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources
