Staff - Power and Performance Validation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead validation strategies for power, thermal and performance of AI compute silicon/ platforms
• Oversee pre-silicon and post-silicon validation to meet efficiency and scalability goals
• Collaborate across architecture, RTL, firmware, software and systems teams
• Develop robust validation methodologies and scalable automation frameworks
• Design and run benchmark workloads and performance experiments
• Communicate findings and risks to leadership with actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in power and performance validation or silicon characterization
• Deep understanding of modern SoC architecture (CPU, memory, interconnect, high-speed I/O)
• Linux systems knowledge and low-level performance analysis
• Strong Python for automation and data analysis
• Experience with benchmarking/profiling tools (stress-ng, fio, perf, iperf)
• Ability to diagnose hardware/software interactions and define validation methodologies
