Design and develop high voltage, high power density motor controller for eVTOL applications
Own power electronics from concept to production within a multidisciplinary team
Prototype verification tests and data analysis to meet specs
Hardware ownership from specification to reliability validation and manufacturing
Lead PCB layout reviews and schematic/circuit design activities

🎯 Requirements

Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
8+ years of electrical system and circuit board design experience
Inverter technology for variable speed motor drive (MOSFET, rectifiers, gate drive PWM)
Motor drive and power converters control technologies
Microcontrollers and sensor implementation
Gate drive design for wide bandgap devices (SiC and GaN)
