🎯 Requirements

Education: BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience: 8+ years hardware design; 2+ years as lead architect/staff.
Certification: track record with UL/CE/TUV hardware certifications.
Domain: PCB design, high-current power distribution, safety architectures.
Standards: ISO 13849-1, IEC 61508, IEC 60204-1, UL 3300.
Skills: DFMEA, hardware-in-loop, lab testing, external compliance liaison.
