Staff/Principal Product Manager, Patient Experience

📋 Description

• Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the patient experience across Wheel's white-labeled
• Establish a point of view on standardization vs per-partner configuration and build decision
• Translate enterprise partner requirements into a unified product strategy
• Champion design as a strategic differentiator; work with Design to set a high bar for AI+human
• Map the patient journey end to end and identify friction, drop-off, or trust gaps
• Partner with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and partner-facing teams to design cross-functional

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience owning consumer-facing products at senior/lead level
• Direct experience building consumer products, ideally B2B2C or white-label models
• Demonstrated systems thinking across multiple stakeholders, technical layers, or partner
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products and features, not just using AI tools
• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries navigating enterprise partner vs end-user
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
