📋 Description

• Own research projects: frame questions, run experiments, ship results
• Develop foundation models: training, architectures, RL, reward modeling
• Build evaluation loops: benchmarks, quality metrics, failure analysis
• Explore frontier topics: multimodal models, agents, tool use, test-time compute
• Publish research or contribute open-source work
• Collaborate with leadership and engineers across regions

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in ML/NLP or equivalent practical experience
• Open-source contributions or public AI projects
• Full-stack research ownership: frame questions, run experiments, ship results
• Foundation models, RL, reward modeling, scaling experience
• Evaluation expertise: benchmarks, eval loops, quality metrics
• Proficient English, collaboration with US/intl teams
