📋 Description

• Research state-of-the-art voice models and RL/reward modeling.
• Develop, train, and scale foundation models.
• Create eval loops and benchmarks; analyze failures.
• Build APIs and tooling to ship research results.
• Own full research lifecycle: question, experiments, papers, ships.
• Collaborate across teams to drive impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundation models: training, architectures, RL, reward modeling, scaling
• Evaluation: benchmarks, eval loops, quality measurement
• Frontier topics: multimodal models, agents, tool use, compute
• Published research at ICML/ICLR/NeurIPS/EMNLP/ACL/AAAI
• PhD in ML/NLP or equivalent practical experience
• Full-stack research ownership: frame questions, run experiments, publish
