📋 Description

• Establish significant scope with PMs and engineers to set priorities.
• Operate with technical autonomy; propose dependencies and standards.
• Collaborate, execute, deliver; balance speed and quality.
• Reflect and drive improvements; advocate for system changes.
• Contribute to Inworld Router, Realtime API, and model services.
• IC-focused role; direct technical contribution with peers.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent programming in Go, Python, C++, or Rust (static types).
• Cloud-based services deployed to hundreds of QPS or more.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Redis or Memcached; pub/sub; data pipelines (Flink/Beam).
• Strong communication; collaborate across roles.
• Bonus: API gateways/routing; timeseries analytics; OpenTelemetry; C++.
