🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data analytics, analytics, or ops research
• Strong SQL and Python for ad hoc and production reporting
• Experience with statistical modeling or experimentation
• Proficient with BI dashboards and reporting
• First-principles problem solving
• Autonomous, independent thinker with stakeholder influence
