Build, measure, and improve credit products for Cash App Borrow, Afterpay, and Square Loans
Partner with product, engineering, and risk teams to define metrics and experiments
Use AI tools and agent workflows to speed analytical work
Own end-to-end analytics: analysis, metrics, experimentation, forecasting, and visualization
Define measurement frameworks for credit product eligibility, usage, and loss
Communicate insights to technical, product, risk stakeholders and senior decision-makers

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in quantitative field with 12+ years experience
OR Graduate degree with 6-8+ years experience
Advanced proficiency with SQL
Experience building clear, decision-oriented data visualizations
Strong product, analytical, and statistical judgment
Experience using AI tools to improve analytics speed and quality
