📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end UX for platform features from discovery to delivery
• Partner with product and engineering to define strategy and translate concepts
• Conduct and guide user research to uncover needs and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design
• Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end
• Strong proficiency with Figma and AI-assisted design workflows
• Deep understanding of user-centered and usability practices
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
