Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from zero to shipped
• Use AI tools daily to prototype faster and move faster
• Build prototypes, flows, and production-ready work when needed
• Mentor designers and raise the team's AI-native practices
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and data to ship with conviction
• Raise craft to deliver what actually works for customers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years product design experience with strong portfolio
• Daily use of AI tools in real workflows
• Figma fluency; focus on impact beyond visuals
• Mentor designers and elevate AI-native ways of working
• Experience designing AI products or workflows (bonus)
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with shifting roadmaps
