Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end UX across multiple web products for ICEYE domain
• Research user needs via interviews and direct meetings (travel)
• Translate business/user needs into journeys, prototypes, and hypotheses
• Partner with PM and Engineering to trade off usability, tech constraints, and speed
• Hands-on design systems; use LLMs and AI tools to validate ideas
• Collaborate with designers, marketing, sales, and customers for alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Deep command of design foundations: layout, typography, color
• Extensive experience designing complex web products; Figma; AI tools
• Strong portfolio owning UX end-to-end from discovery to shipped product
• Confidence in customer research and direct user engagement (interviews/workshops)
• Ability to articulate UX decisions and trade-offs to product/engineering/business
• Pragmatic design systems approach; view on how LLMs shape UI
