📋 Description

• Understand Sonatype’s multi-product development platform and jobs to be done.
• Co-create user flows with PMs and engineers; outputs are created together.
• Map IA, workflows, and permissions into clear patterns.
• Create flows in Miro reflecting constraints and technical realities.
• Shape UX architectures for new features with iterative improvements.
• Build coded UX prototypes using Claude Code, VS Code, GitHub, HTML/CSS/JS/React.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product-company experience; influence across multiple teams.
• Hybrid UX/engineering collaboration; working with engineers a plus.
• Skilled at lightweight research: interviews, surveys, usability tests.
• Able to choose the right level of research to keep momentum.
• Comfortable building working UX prototypes (not full-stack required).
• AI mindset: curious and able to use AI in design workflows.
