Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own design quality for your domain cluster (finance, AI, mobile) from concept to ready.
• Mentor designers in your domains and elevate the work without formal management.
• Design AI- or agentic experiences, turning complex behavior into intuitive flows.
• Simplify complex enterprise workflows, including ERP integrations and financial ops.
• Shape our mobile app to delight field users, partnering with product and engineering.
• Set the standard for design craft and AI-native workflows; raise reviews with feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience shipping complex products from concept to launch.
• Mentor and lead without formal management authority.
• Deep experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise workflows; financial/ERP preferred.
• Experience designing AI-powered or agentic experiences, preferred.
• AI-native in how you work: fluent with AI across synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and frontend code.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and UX/UI, user research, usability testing, and data-driven decisions.
