8-12 years of product design on complex B2B/enterprise SaaS
Ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from zero to shipped
High agency: identify problems and drive them to done
Curiosity about customers, AI, systems, and how the business works
Strong systems thinking: design coherent frameworks
Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams
Portfolio showing craft, rigor, and impact on complex products
