Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for complex audit workflows from problem to shipped solutions
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver scalable implementations
• Drive design execution with minimal direction in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into clear user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI
• Balance speed and iteration with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality
• Own a significant product area, anticipating downstream impacts across workflows and personas

🎯 Requirements

• You operate as a strategic IC — you decide which problems matter
• You think several steps ahead, anticipating how decisions in one area ripple across others
• You're comfortable influencing senior PM and Engineering leaders, not just your immediate collaborators
• Experience shaping how AI-assisted workflows get designed at a systemic level
• You've coached or mentored other designers and can articulate why, not just what
• You set a bar for craft and consistency that others look to as the standard
