• Collaborate with PMs, engineering, and data teams to define design requirements
• Establish design patterns and systems for consistency across the Financial Intelligence Platform features
• Identify friction points in critical flows and craft usable, compliant solutions
• Leverage research and customer feedback to set design priorities with measurable impact
• Champion quality and polish, ensuring reliability and regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years designing consumer-facing digital products with core experiences
• Strong portfolio showing problem solving and improvements to satisfaction and retention
• Deep understanding of financial products, user trust, and clarity in complex workflows
• Balance creative thinking with research-driven validation; collaborate with data teams
• Excellent storytelling and communication with cross-functional stakeholders
• Skilled in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design workflows
