Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead large, ambiguous initiatives that span multiple product areas, from problem framing through
• Be a taste maker and demonstrate good judgement in your domain.
• Regularly meet and engage with our most strategic customers to bring the customer voice alongside
• Leverage AI tools through every step of the process, defining new ways of working and democratizing
• Stay well informed on the emerging trends, tools, and technology. Give back to the community.
• Ship code to production across our design system, web products, and mobile apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications, with a
• A strong portfolio and/or case studies showing design craft and quantified impact at the level of
• Deep interaction and visual design skills, with the judgment to define new patterns other designers
• AI tools in your regular design practice (e.g., Cursor, Figma Make), with shipped work you can
• Experience mentoring designers formally and informally.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership.
