🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant product design experience, leading complex, ambiguous and high-impact
• An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates staff-level craft, product judgment, customer empathy
• Experience shaping product direction beyond a single feature or team, connecting adjacent workflows
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft including hierarchy, layout, typography, grids
• Proven experience across the full design lifecycle: research, information architecture, interaction
• Strong prototyping fluency with Figma, Framer, AI coding tools, or lightweight front-end code
