📋 Description

Lead end-to-end UX for app capabilities and cross-product features
Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to define strategy
Conduct and guide user research to uncover needs and workflows across complex systems
Advocate for user needs, accessibility, usability, and thoughtful design
Develop scalable design frameworks, interaction models, and patterns
Present design concepts and insights to stakeholders and leadership

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in UX, product, or interaction design
Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end
Proficiency in Figma; AI-assisted workflows and agentic tooling
Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability
Experience conducting and synthesizing user research
Experience designing for platform ecosystems, shared services, or foundational product capabilities used across multiple teams or products
