Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and design for one or more product areas (e.g., Ideation/Canvas
• Define and challenge product direction, bring strong product thinking to an early, rapidly evolving
• Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs in Figma; create prototypes; and implement designs
• Help build our design system and visual identity, collaborating closely with the broader team.
• Explore and shape the future of product development with AI, contributing ideas and critique.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design or similar role.
• Impeccable visual and interaction design skills; deep taste and intuition for what makes a product
• Strong visual evidence of work (portfolio, website, or equivalent).
• Ability to proactively define user problems, challenge assumptions, and propose strategic design
• Motivated to do the best work of your career, move quickly, and create impact in an early-stage
• Excited about AI-enhanced workflows and understand the problems we’re solving.
