Staff Product Designer, Agentic CMS

📋 Description

• Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through
• Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple
• Design for both humans and agents. Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale
• Think in systems. Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces.
• Work upstream. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built.
• Raise the bar in craft, process, and how you use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating
• Systems thinking at scale. You've designed for interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place
• Comfort with technical depth. You can engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data
• Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows — prototyping in
