📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design for Analytics, translating complex data, reporting requirements, and
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, identify opportunities, and transform
• Influence Analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap by bringing a strong customer perspective
• Establish scalable interaction models and reusable patterns that balance usability
• Create a cohesive Analytics ecosystem by reducing fragmentation and developing consistent mental
• Leverage and extend the existing Design System to deliver accessible, consistent, and scalable

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 7+ years of product or UX design experience with a proven record of shipping data-intensive
• Demonstrate strong UX and visual design fundamentals, with the ability to transform complex data
• Have experience designing data-dense interfaces involving dashboards, reporting, data
• Demonstrate strong product design thinking and the ability to independently identify problems
• Bring hands-on expertise with Figma, user research and testing methods, and product analytics or
• Possess strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to
