• Lead the B2B area of Flex’s product vision and end-to-end execution
• Shape strategy and align multiple teams around one picture
• Design for property managers and on-site teams in rental workflows
• Build prototypes to show direction and value of work
• Bridge customer needs with creative solutions in a cross-functional setting
• Own design exploration on critical projects and raise quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing and shipping business-facing tools
• Strong web UI experience with dense data views and multi-step workflows
• Design with AI as a productivity partner
• Track record aligning teams around a shared experience
• Experience with multi-user, multi-role workflows
• Comfort with experiments, data, and changing direction
