Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for major features across web, mobile, and tablet.
• Design interfaces for emerging hardware platforms with hardware teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, sales, and marketing to balance needs.
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes across platforms.
• Explore new interaction paradigms for novel hardware interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience at the hardware-software intersection.
• Proficiency in Figma and ProtoPie.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems across products.
• Understanding hardware-software integration and native interfaces.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Growth-stage or fast-paced environment experience preferred.
