🎯 Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company
Deep fluency in visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and prototyping with AI tools
Experience leading complex work in close partnership with product management engineering, and
Experience shaping ambiguous spaces and driving clarity through design
Confident presenting work to senior leaders and skilled at communicating design decisions through
