Staff Product Designer, Connected Experiences

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design of new connected member experiences, from early discovery and concept
• Define interaction principles, navigation models, information architecture, and scalable UX
• Design cohesive member journeys across multiple touchpoints, translating complex product
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Design Systems, and Platform teams to navigate
• Prototype and test interaction models, workflows, and product concepts to validate assumptions
• Help shape the long-term UX vision for emerging WHOOP products, championing simplicity and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of
• Exceptional UX and interaction design skills, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex
• Strong systems thinking, including experience developing information architecture, navigation
• Experience designing highly crafted mobile experiences and working across multiple touchpoints
• High proficiency in Figma and prototyping, with the ability to use prototypes to explore ideas
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with demonstrated success partnering with Product
