📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas from concept to implementation
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define roadmaps and problems to solve
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation matches design
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Facilitate design sprints and user research sessions
• Evolve and maintain design system for cohesive experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing thoughtful, intuitive web apps
• Shipped complex B2B or SaaS products; can discuss process
• Think in systems/patterns; strong usability instincts
• Move between UX, interaction, and visual design
• Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Value quality; pragmatic when needed
