Staff Product Designer, DeFi

📋 Description

• Set the design vision, principles, and priorities in partnership with product, engineering, and
• Own the end-to-end experience across DeepBook spot, margin, prediction products, liquidity
• Lead the design of core journeys including onboarding, funding, market discovery, order entry
• Design for distinct audiences such as retail traders, experienced DeFi users, market makers
• Remain hands-on in the highest-priority work by framing problems, developing concepts, prototyping
• Build a scalable design system and shared interaction patterns for dense financial data, charts

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of product design experience, including meaningful experience leading, hiring, and
• A portfolio that shows both exceptional individual craft and leadership impact across complex
• Experience designing trading, investing, fintech, payments, crypto, marketplace, or other
• Fluency in DeFi and direct experience using onchain products. You can discuss swaps, order books
• Strong product judgment and a record of shaping strategy, prioritization, and product decisions
