Staff Product Designer, Design Systems

📋 Description

• Lead design vision for Outcomes pod’s member experiences (Progress tab, pain logging)
• Improve how and when members share pain data; create feedback loops
• Translate complex clinical data into simple, motivating interfaces
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to define hypotheses and run experiments
• Raise the quality bar across the pod with frameworks, patterns, and design principles
• Influence adjacent teams when shared surfaces, shared metrics, or shared behaviors affect outcomes
• Champion accessibility, clarity, and product quality for varied needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of product design experience, including close partnership with product and engineering teams
• Bachelor’s in Interaction, Industrial, Product, or Service Design; or HCI/Architecture
• Expertise in interaction and visual design; track record of advancing craft
• Experience leading ambiguous problem spaces, setting vision, and defining design strategy
• Fluency in data-informed design; form hypotheses; partner on experiments; translate insights
• Excellent communication and influence; align cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated success mentoring other designers and elevating team output
• Strong prototyping and systems-thinking; create cohesive experiences across flows
