Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design products and features end to end, from initial concept through launch and ongoing
• Take messy, real-world workflows and turn them into interfaces that are clear, efficient, and
• Design for AI-assisted workflows, including surfaces where users interpret model outputs, review
• Conduct user research with stakeholders to ground design decisions in real work context.
• Work with product managers and engineers to understand how AI models actually behave, including
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design intent carries through implementation, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience across web and/or mobile products, especially in complex
• Strong portfolio that shows high visual and interaction craft with the ability to make complex
• Designing with AI: recent, hands-on experience designing and shipping at least one AI-powered
• Ownership of ambiguity: the ability to create clarity and make progress on complex, shifting
• Design systems experience: comfort building and contributing to design systems, creating
• Technical fluency: enough understanding of how AI systems work, including their behavior
