📋 Description

• Lead large-scale design initiatives that span multiple products, customer journeys, teams, or
• Drive strategic alignment across teams by establishing clear customer experience priorities, design
• Identify opportunities to improve experiences across the broader product ecosystem and translate
• Establish and promote design best practices that improve consistency, efficiency, quality, and
• Lead the evolution and governance of design systems, standards, interaction patterns, and reusable
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure design systems and standards are implemented

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience designing complex digital products, demonstrating sustained
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to lead strategic design initiatives across multiple teams, products, business
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, complex problem-solving, scalable design
• Strong expertise in design systems, service design, interaction design, and scalable experience
• Ability to establish reusable design patterns, frameworks, and standards adopted across multiple
