🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in professional design, growth/ecommerce focus.
• Onboarding and merchandising surfaces; iterative experiments like A/B testing.
• Experience with UX research and independent testing.
• Balance craft, critical thinking, and business needs.
• Understand psychology; knowledge of design patterns.
• Strong communication of goals and alignment with leadership.
