📋 Description

• Own design strategy across activation, onboarding, discovery, engagement, habit formation
• Identify high-impact opportunities across user journey and justify prioritization.
• Lead experiments to drive value and measurable business outcomes.
• Explore AI to personalize activation and engagement at scale.
• Tackle ambiguous problems with lean experiments from concept to measurement.
• Collaborate with PM and Eng to solve AI, discoverability, onboarding, and growth challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in professional product design, ideally B2B SaaS/AI.
• 2–3+ years at Staff/Principal level with ownership of high-impact initiatives.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design, strategic thinking, measurable impact.
• Deep knowledge of AI concepts and AI-powered design tools.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration to deliver growth-focused experiences.
• Strong UX, information architecture, and product experimentation skills.
