Staff Product Designer, Incident Response Management

📋 Description

• Design UX for IRM across desktop/mobile web, Slack, MCP, and agentic tools.
• Collaborate with peers to iterate on Grafana’s IRM products.
• Document user needs, pain points, and trade-offs using design tools.
• Partner with researchers and CAB/DPP to run formative/evaluative studies.
• Provide scalable design solutions balancing business, user, and technical needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing for developers, SREs, and highly technical users.
• A portfolio showing impact on business goals for complex dev tooling/enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to balance business goals, priorities, user feedback, and tech constraints.
• Ability to deliver pragmatic, cohesive, scalable designs in fast-paced environments with evolving standards.
• Strong collaboration across locations/time zones to ship products.
• Comfort working in fully remote settings with autonomy and transparency.
