Staff Product Designer, Incident Response Management (IRM)

📋 Description

• Design UX for Grafana's Incident Response & Management (IRM) across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with engineers, PM, researchers, and customers to iterate.
• Document user needs and designs using tools like Figma, Cursor, Claude Code.
• Work with CAB and DPP to plan formative and evaluative research.
• Provide cohesive, scalable design solutions balancing business and user needs.
• Develop deep product-area expertise to influence Grafana's UX.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing for developers, SREs, and highly technical users.
• Portfolio showing design work that moved business metrics for complex dev tooling.
• Balance business goals, product priorities, user feedback, and research.
• Deliver pragmatic, cohesive, scalable designs in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations/time zones.
• Experience working in a fully-remote, fast-paced environment with openness and autonomy.
